Living a life out of a fairytale story is really not as it is cut out to be. I mean, Cinderella had to clean up a whole mansion by herself every day. Belle had to put up with a housemate who needed a shaver as much as he needed anger management classes. And don't even let me get started with Snow White and her stepmom's drama. Really, Rapunzel of the 21st century? I would rather be a tree. At least I would be contributing oxygen to the world. -------------------- Arianna had lost track of the number of houses, schools and countries she had moved to in order to run away from her crazy stalker until finally her Dad had just had enough and locked her up in the penthouse of The Tower, a building he owned in the city, with only her flamboyant cousin for company. There are many versions of this tale, such as the King stealing lettuce from the hag's garden, and as a punishment the hag took his newborn daughter. Some involve the hag stealing the baby because of it's beauty and youth. Though many versions of this tale has been told over the years, the plot remains the same. It was about a young girl with long hair who was kidnapped at a young age by an old hag, and then confined in a tower with only one window. This version of the tale involves the hag's past. This is the tale of love, loss, and grief. And of course, a little bit of magic.

Rapunzel is adopted and doesn't even no it, she is barely aloud outside when she gets home from school, and she has magical hair that she has to keep hidden from everyone except her adoptive mother. One day, they both decide to run away from home and when they do they bump into each other. Many dangers are ahead of them. They discover secrets they never knew before. The main question is, why did the run away.? To find out, you must read. This is a Hiccunzel story. Credit for characters goes to Disney and Dreamworks. Also Hiccup looks like the hiccup from how train your dragon 2.

This story has all the basic needs to be entertaining. I mean, it's about a girl named Mai who reaches up the ranks so she can search for her missing best friend: Princess Elizabeth. However, the 'Great Thief' Zed Carters seems to always get in her way. Little did Captain Mai know that he would end up being the key to finding said Princess, or that even his non-thug friends would become part of their tale. One befriending the Princess and one befriending her friends at the castle. Overall the twists and turns of this story will be both familiar and yet new to readers. Many will say it is your typical Fairy Tale, but it is most definitely, Not Your Typical Rapunzel.
