When the zombie outbreak begins, a soldier stationed in Atlanta helps to establish a safe zone to protect survivors after a brutal and traumatizing outbreak in the city. But as the chaos deepens, he discovers the insane orders of the plan which is called "Operation Cobalt". Struggling between duty and morality, he must decide whether to follow orders or risk everything to do what's right and protect his people.

It will include the outbreak in Atlanta and the Establishment of the Safe Zone and the Downfall of the Safe Zone.
