Veronica is a sinner of few words - quite literally, as her soul contract with the Vees keeps her unable to speak outside the vicinity of their studio. A shell of her former self and no memory of her human life or her first 3 years in Hell, she has lost all hope of ever escaping this isolated life as Velvette's personal assistant. That's until her friend Angel Dust introduces her to the Hazbin Hotel, and Charlie decides that the best rehabilitation route for Veronica is becoming Lucifer Morningstar's assistant as he navigates being the ruler of Hell for the first time in centuries.
