The Capital Princess

My grandmother always said memories are like the grass and flowers around our home. They're blooming and bountiful one day and dead and gone the next. With stories and heartfelt memories reminiscing to the younger generation to keep the person's memory alive. My grandmother has lived since the dark days 75 years ago. The president had separated her family from her not once but twice. I kept my experiences of the games away from her what I could with my district was forced to watch me on the brink of death more than once. She saved me from myself more then once but now.. I don't think she could bare watching her daughter going into the arena a second time by the man who was out for her family since her very first breath.
