Patrisha and Alyssa are two high school girls just trying to get through the school year and graduate for real. Alyssa is a blonde fit girl, and Patrisha is an extroverted fat girl, together they manage to disrespect almost everyone in the whole town. Though after knowing each other since kindergarten, things start to get heated when Alyssa actually finds a new friend who also happens to be the new student. It's up to Patrisha to maintain their friendship even if it means murdering someone- I mean- talking with someone.
