I didn't ask for this fate, but i accepted it.
I am a vampire, but not by birth.
My father died when a wild vampire attacked our house. After it killed him it bit the rest of us and doomed us to this fate: to live the rest of our lives as creatures who need to consume blood in order to live. It wasn't long before our mother died because she couldn't handle the transformation, but the rest of us survived and now we are this.
I didn't ask for this fate but i accepted it and joined a company who's sole mission was to kill these evil ones. Masking our identities with mirage spells and mana control, my siblings and I have lived like this ever since.
But someday that will change. I may be able to accept my own fate, but not my siblings. They do not deserve this and it is my vow that i will change them back.
Even at the cost of my life.
Takayuki means "long, noble, fateful journey/path"
