Ever since E-day, life has never been normal. It came out of nowhere, the invasion from below. Monsters, known as the locus, come from underground, slaying any humans they see and reach. Many soldiers died by them, but some grew and adapted as fast as they could fight back. One day the cog found one man who had been on his own ever since, still fought every grub he saw and hunted no matter the numbers. He alone is the hunter, but with his friends, is the pack.
