           What do you do if the government needs you and other a bunch of crazy men to hunt down former agents, spies and assassins of the government?

Welcome. 

My name's Julian Murphy, whether you remember it or not, it does not matter. I am a member of Nox, a squad of around 30 people with the purpose of neutralizing the former government's fighters and agents who have gone rogue. 

Every members of Nox is a Captor, special ability users who can use various abilities, ranging from simple abilities to bizarre abilities.
