Here's another possible Mafia x My Hero Academia story:
In this story, All For One, the powerful villain, has a secret past as a Mafia boss. After his defeat by All Might, he passes on his Mafia empire to a worthy successor: none other than Endeavor, the Todoroki family patriarch.
Endeavor, driven by ambition and a desire for power, uses his Hellflame Quirk to expand the Mafia's influence, eliminating rivals and consolidating power. His children, Shouto and Natsuo, are drawn into the family business, using their Quirks to further the Mafia's interests.
Deku, Bakugo, and their friends are caught in the crossfire as they uncover the truth about Endeavor's Mafia connections. The heroes must navigate a complex web of loyalty, duty, and corruption to bring down the Mafia and restore justice.

(DISCLAIMER: I do not own My Hero Academia or its characters. It's clear in the title that this is a fan fiction, with some OCs (characters' kids and a few new villains)) Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki have been holding a very loving but secretive relationship, not wanting to risk Endeavor's anger. Until that starts going down the drain after Izuku seemingly catches a stomach flu. Alongside Midoriya's recovery from shocking news, and Todoroki's family falling apart with him as usual being the brunt of the pain and abuse. Kirishima isn't super hyped when he learns that he and Bakugo are in the same situation. Except Bakugo is made to be unaware of what's happening. Kaminari is getting dangerously close with the villains, specifically Toga. And ends up being the bearer of some very surprising and frankly devastating information.
