Life's A Comedy

The feeling of helplessness. Of regret, and of abandonment. These are the feelings of Ava Allen. A young girl who by our standards is perfect or even beyond, is forced into a world were logic and intelligence take a backseat to chaos. And all while losing something most valuable: the ability to speak.

You'd think a traumatic fall from a bridge would be the worst thing that could happen, but that reckons without Ava's friends and family. Ava's closest friend is her peer Katherine, a gold digging, cheeky, loan shark who enjoys the frustration of others. Ava's older brother Richard is an emotionally unstable and mentally damaged boy barely holding together, but refuses to accept anyone is better then him. Richard has a friend and Katherine a brother in Christopher, a lazy and snarky guy simultaneously dating 2 girls. One, Katie, leads a movement to remove males from the planet, while the other, Gracie, prepares food you can't eat and beats you when you don't. On top of all that, newcomer Aiden is hard set to win the affection of Ava, and unlimited access to every other girl at any cost.
