Snoozeman: The Sleepy one

Human beings are born as human babies. I mean, some less and some more. As they approach adulthood, some of them gain superpowers.

"That woman got superpowers and became strong!"
"That guy gets superpowers and flies!"
"He gets superpowers and manipulates the wind!"

"I was sleeping."

This is a story where our Neiro lives in a modern society mixed with superheroes.

The country I live in is very safe. So there's no need to participate and force narcoleptics to join the war, right?

But the Hero Association was defeated?

"Oh, whatever it is... I'm sleepy... Zzz..."
