Beyond the Veils of Tradition

The dry winds of Kauyen Lafiya carried stories of women bound by tradition and silenced by fate.

Mariya's life had ended in agony - four days of labor without help, her body torn by crude hands, her dreams buried alongside her stillborn child.
Now her younger sister, Amina, stood at the same crossroads, refusing to surrender to a marriage that stole her freedom. Her defiance was met with cruelty. Traditional barbers were called, their blades leaving scars deeper than flesh.

As Amina sat in the dim silence of her hut, pain clinging to her body and heart, the future loomed like an endless desert - vast, uncertain, and merciless.

Would she heal? Could she find a voice beyond the veils of tradition? Or would her story end like Mariya's, lost in the dust of Kauyen Lafiya?
