10 years have passed since "The Fall" happened, which is the collapse of civilisations all around the globe thanks to the Neuro Degenerative Virus (NDV) going global, and living conditions has started to improve and becoming more like the pre-Fall world. Civilisations are being rebuilt and people are living their best lives in the Republic of Greater Pulau Teratai and in this republic, lives a podcaster named Kaela, a former National Guard, who often invites individuals to share their experiences during The Fall. Today, she has a very special guess which is her own husband, Dan, an active member of the Pulau Teratai Army, who used to be a survival social media influencer. In this story, we will follow Dan in his journey of surviving The Fall when the dead comes around. How did Dan survive The Fall? What exactly is the main threat during The Fall?
