By day, she works as a receptionist at Moretti & Associates, Manhattan's premier OBGYN clinic headed by the pre-eminent, Dr. Adam Moretti, and by night, she creates stunning engagement rings for lovestruck couples.

Overall, life is good for Erin. That is, until reports of murdered women start dominating the news. Every victim is described to have long blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and an hourglass figure, and it's not long before the serial killer -- dubbed "The Barbie Slayer" -- grips the city in terror.

When one of Erin's clients, who is also a patient at the practice, is murdered by The Barbie Slayer, Erin starts to suspect the worst: that, behind his devastatingly good looks, swoon-worthy charisma, and impeccable skills as a beloved doctor, Dr. Adam Moretti may be hiding a deadly secret...
