In the world of Shangri-La Frontier, the peak of gaming around the world, word has gotten out about a phantom player. A player endowed in pitch black gear, mysteriously moving from town to town. Normally, this would be perfectly fine however, rumours began to grow. Rumours sprouted plastering the phantom player as exactly that, a phantom. Seen only in the darkest nights some began to believe the phantom player was a ghost haunting them, others believed it be a new unique scenario and some just imagined them to be a troll. Either way! A search shot up around the servers of the game, the goal was simple. Be the first to find proof of the phantom player!

You were told by your chief that this case was better left unsolved and that it would be best for you to move from this haunted place. But you refused to give up. You wanted to protect the home you that grew up in and find this killer's identity and bring him to justice. What if you had noticed something that made you follow a strange man after coming home from a long day of work? Suddenly, you weren't able to save the victim that you promised to protect, and your career was on the line. The very next night, your lights went out when you were staying at home to rest. Your home phone begins to ring, but you already have your gun loaded. How will you survive? By playing his game? Or will you kill him first?
