Sonic and Shadow have the worst track record in school, but for very different reasons. Sonic keeps getting in trouble for pulling ridiculous pranks, always brewing up trouble, and turning every lecture into a comedy show. Shadow? He just has a permanent scowl, an attitude problem, and a tendency to "accidentally" break things (like the vending machine that wouldn't take his money... twice). The principal is sick of them. The teachers are done. The solution? Daily detention for a whole month.
