Toki Ortyx is no hero. A shadowy assassin serving faceless masters, his life has been one of bloodshed and obedience, devoid of purpose or honor. But a fateful encounter with a powerful warrior changes everything. Left defeated yet alive, Toki is haunted not by the sting of failure but by a strange, burning envy for strength, for nobility, for the life of an adventurer. Driven by this newfound yearning, Toki's path takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with the whimsical god Hermes. Rather than judgment, the god offers him a chance: serve the Hermes Familia, earn his place, and maybe, just maybe, become the adventurer he aspires to be. But dreams come at a cost. To rise from the shadows, Toki must navigate the labyrinth of Orario, a city teeming with monsters, gods, and ambitions far greater than his own. He must face his past, embrace his flaws, and forge bonds with companions who see through the mask of the assassin to the boy longing for redemption. In a world where the strong thrive and the weak are forgotten, can Toki carve out a place for himself? Or will the shadows of his past pull him back into the darkness? This is the tale of a boy who dared to dream, of the battles he fights, and the family he finds along the way, a new chapter in the Labyrinth Sacred Tale.
