Since birth, Alora Goodrich's mother warned her that the heart's desires were dangerous. Most love was a distraction, a trick of the mind, or a lie. To honor her mother's passing, she swore to never give in to her desires, that was, until she met the beautifully stubborn Sorren Belrose.
Sorren was attractive, astute, and an amazing chef who cooked at his family's restaurant.
