She's an angel. He's a demon. What could go wrong?

Sunny, studious, and chatty to a fault, Siah Umbrath can't wait to enroll at St Sybil's University, the prestigious institution of higher learning in Chthonia. Most angels would balk at setting foot deep into demonic territory-not Siah. When the Angelic Council appoints her father as ambassador to the demonic kingdom, Siah sees it as a thrilling opportunity. Her parents, however, view things differently, with her father issuing a warning not to get involved with the male students. It's an easy request, one Siah feels she'll be able to uphold until she meets a grumpy blue demon on her first day.

Kion Fellrose looks tough on the outside-tall, with a stern, unyielding expression, and a dozen boxing titles under his (literal) belt. But his gruff exterior hides wounds few know about, very little understand, and no one new will ever discover. Uninterested in most things life has to offer, all he wants to do is graduate and move as far away as possible. Everything is going according to plan until his father, the deputy mayor of Cinderforge, assigns him to keep an eye on the new angelic ambassador's daughter. Initially annoyed, Kion finds himself being pulled into Siah's orbit like a moth to a flame.

The earth may not shatter when an angel falls in love with a demon -- they might save it instead.

"How could you... last night... I was helpless! You are the one who molested me! And you dare do it again now!" she huffed. Khail wasn't affected with her crying. "Yes, I dare. You are just too sweet not to be tasted." His statement rang deep in the back of her mind. These were the words of an insensitive, cold-hearted demon. No more, no less. He was lusting on her --yes he was-- and that was the rightful particular emotion of choice. "I said don't come any closer!" she cried again when she noticed him inching more towards her. "I will stab you! I swear I will stab you demon or not!!!" she threatened, but it was only gibberish talk for Khail. "Nonsense Selene. Stab me if you want," he urged and this surprised her greatly. He continued to close in on her and this time, Selene didn't hesitate plunging the knife into his chest. ~ S ~ Easy for Supernaturals to live their life in what everybody calls 'forever'. That is easy for angels yes, but for demons, it is most likely a damnation of boredom. And that -- is the truth. However, how much more would it be for a demon who has a unique power to wield time and space? What is HE to do with such an unlimited lifetime then? ~ S ~ So this is a 5-part short story about Khronus and Selene that is stand alone but still connects to my book, SANCTUM. Chris Motionless as a demon fic. "Promise me this is forever." "I promise, Amaris. I am eternally yours." Demons aren't quite what you'd expect them to be. While they can certainly be mischievous, they're not inherently evil. They can assist humans from time to time, but seldom to they form strong bonds with a mortal. If anything, it's a taboo. That is, until a powerful witch performs a ritual that was thought to be lost knowledge; a ritual that was to never be performed again, for the safety of both humans and demons alike. This particular demon hadn't been summoned in centuries, as only the most powerful could. Yet this made him eager to work with the humans again, as it had been so long. Little did he know that it would lead him to one Amaris Delphi, a mortal girl who would change everything not just for her demon, but the entire demon realm. Of course, the majority of the demons could not know this, to ensure Amaris's safety. But what happens when Christopher notices himself developing a deep and strong bond towards this human? He was immortal, and she would die one day. What would happen then? How could they ever possibly be together? They couldn't. Obviously. ...Or, could they?
