Loki, the fallen prince of Asgard, came to Midgard with a singular purpose-to rule. With the power of his magic and the weight of his ambition, he sought to claim the throne he believed was his by right.
But fate had other plans.
Amid the ruins of conquest, he met you-a mortal who defied him, challenged him, and, worst of all, made him feel. As the lines between power and passion blurred, Loki found himself caught in a battle far greater than war-one against his own heart.
Torn between the throne he once desired and the love he never expected, Loki makes a fateful decision-to walk away. To abandon his claim, his kingdom... and you.
But love does not fade so easily.
Now, as the ghosts of his past haunt him and destiny threatens to draw you together once more, Loki must face the question he has spent his life running from:
Was the throne he forsook ever truly his greatest loss?
A tale of love, loss, and the struggle for redemption-The Forsaken Throne is a story of a god who tried to conquer the world... only to find that the heart is the one thing even he cannot control.

LokixFem!ReaderxBucky IMPORTANT: A little message to those who may not have read the full description: You end up with one of them, not both. This is my first book, so I'm sorry if it isn't that good. THERE WILL BE TRIGGERS! Abuse, sexual assault, and rape. I will warn you at the beginning of those chapters, but it does contain some so please do not continue if it's too triggering! It will contain smut for all you naughty little sausages. It is also written with proper punctuation for people who HATE when it isn't like that (aka people like me). This takes place after Avengers and disregards any other MCU storyline. Okay, have fun. ------------------------ When an old friend from your past comes across you and offers you redemption, you decide to take him up on his offer. When he brings you to meet a new family, you find out people aren't always what they seem, nor do your past mistakes define you. But, just when you're feeling at home and happy, your past comes back to terrorize you. When certain parts of your past come back up, they reveal some surprising discoveries of things that made you who you are today. Aside from that, you meet a flirtatious god and a sweet soldier. When both seem to take a liking to you, who should you choose? Will you get caught up in the alluring magical frost giant? Or the sweet soldier with a heart of gold? ------------------------ Rankings: Five in #yourname Four in #lokixreader Three in #lokifluff One in #buckyfluff Two in #buckylovestory Three in #buckyromance Five in #lokiodinson One in #buckyxreader ------------------------ (I'm not 100% sure if Loki was under mind-control, but I like the idea so I'm going to do it) Storyline belongs to me. Gardenias (L. Laufeyson)
{SET BEFORE THE EVENTS OF 'THOR'} - "Did you know," she said, sitting on the ground and turning to the prince, "that Midgard has an entire language dedicated to flowers? Each of them mean something else. It's a very sweet way they can express emotions to each other." Loki laughed quietly. "Midgard can truly be backwards at times, but they are amusing." He nodded to the flower she had just essentially brought back to life. "What does the gardenia symbolize in this language?" "Young love," she answered after a moment of hesitation. "Secret love." Loki felt something flutter in his chest. - Arranged marriages are something out of Shakespeare and ancient history. At least that is the thought of Loki Odinson, but his father clearly has other plans. In a political move aimed to unite Vanaheim and Asgard, Loki is betrothed to the youngest daughter of the royal family of the neighboring realm, Vanaheim. Loki, who doesn't even know if he believes in love at all, finds himself in a very odd position, especially because he's met his betrothed before. A marriage date is set, but both the bride and the groom are less than satisfied. Can love grow out of circumstance? The Lost Asgardian (A Loki X Reader Story)
This is a Loki x reader story. -------------------------- Excerpt: The guards flung you down at someone's feet and you kept your eyes on the ground, knowing that you were in front of an Asgardian Royal. "Someone has been very naughty." A silky voice met your ears and you couldn't help but look up towards the source. Your breath caught in your throat as you laid eyes on what had to be Prince Loki. The dark hair and the playful, shining eyes gave him away, and a shiver shot through your spine at how beautiful yet terrifying he was. You had heard rumors of the prince's cruelty before, and your face grew cold as he bent down to meet your eyes. --------------------------Complete

Part One - A New Beginning (Loki x Reader)
Part One of A Prince's Promise Series Somewhere in one of the many alternate realities of the universe, there is a Loki whose life as an Asgardian prince is changed forever when he meets you. Now I don't know about you, my fellow readers, but seeing Y/N in the story is weird and detracts from the story to me. This story IS a LokixReader fanfiction but I have opted to write it in first person to help readers immerse themselves in the story a bit more naturally. This idea came to me before Endgame came out and stemmed from wanting Loki to be happy in at least ONE reality. This is just part one and it will be a super slow burn and when you begin to read it, you'll see why. Part One WILL NOT have any mature content this time around but future parts will. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoyed writing it! And as the God of Mischief himself said, "Wednesdays are the new Fridays". So make sure to follow for new chapters every Wednesday! Some characters belong to Stan Lee, Marvel, and Disney. This particular story belongs to me.Complete
