After it is anounced that Hiccup will kill the dragon, he runs away leaving everyone shocked and confused. Hiccup and his best bud Toothless runs from the past, instead dedicating their lifes to helping dragons, even when it risk their lifes. But don't worry the dragons are saved! They're all friends too! Sure Hiccup is not the boy he used to be, I mean he's older now, trains a ton, and will do anything to protect the dragons, but he's still the same old Hiccup, the kind one, the loving one, and now he has an awesome life. But what happens when the past catches up. What if Hiccup finds himself on his old "home" again. What will he do? Will he forgive the vikings for treating him badly, will the vikings see the truth about the dragons, will there be peace? love? friendship? Read this story to find out!
Classic Hiccup runaway story. I'll try to make mine less cliche. This is my first fanfic EVER so dont be mean. This is only for fun and to entertain me.

The black wings and scales, the green slit eyes, the tail and ears only a dragon could have; they sawed across the sky in silent grace. In the sky he was free, here he was free. (Fun fact Vikings weren't Homophobic because it was unnatural they only wanted their tribe to survive and so would only care if it didn't give children.) Its where Hiccup runaway from berk with Toothless fearing no one cares what he told them but before running away Astrid caught him and showed her the truth of the dragons. After that Astrid wants to go with him but Hiccup rejects her but they made a promise that he will tell her about his whereabouts. Its a story where Hiccup create a Kingdom with Dragons and Vikings where they live together in harmony. Let me tell you I took some points and tips from here and there in wattpad and Fanfiction stories of HTTYD Runaway and Runaways. GUYS ITS MY FIRST STORY I HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT.

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III a teenage Viking who earn the ranks to kill his first ever Dragon in Dragon Training. He could not kill it, he wouldn't kill it knowing himself having one of them as his own, never the less, he was afraid of losing his only best friend, Toothless. He would never trust and look at him the same way. So he decided to take matters into his on hands by running away or flying away from berk, not the best move but knowing he was know as the village runt or the Chief's screwup and would always get beat up for no valid reasons by his cousin and his friends, sure he pass every training with a prefect score but he still did not get the respect that he deserve from the villagers. If he so tried to convince them. No one would listen to him. Not even his own father. But he wasn't running away with just Toothless but with Astrid as well. After their romantic flied which also change her view on dragons, and their discovery of the red death, Hiccup was still planning to run away even though he have just finally friended an actual human, he decided to tell her so he don't have to let her worry about him leaving without a word in the next day. When he finish telling her his plan and surprisingly to hiccup and even Toothless she beg to come with and she also told him her reason. Turns out Astrid Hofferson was abused and pressured by her own family. She have enough of it, Hiccup didn't really have yes as his first nor second choice but she beg him until he gave up and let her tag along. What would happen to them?, will this new path that choose was path to a bright future?,will something spark between them? (Obviously). What would the village have to say about this? Never the less hiccup's dad and Astrid's parents would say about this?, how would the gang react? Find out........ A/N:I change the plot so do not refer this fiction to the franchise of this movie.
