The Power of Kamen Riders, enough to destroy the whole universe if needed be. What would happen if it falls into the hands of a teenager with a disturbed past.

Issei Hyoudou, was just a simple boy born into a wrong family. His Family wasn't so loving and kind due to his already lack of talent and capabilities. He was hated by almost everyone, and even his own parents. His siblings already gave him even more trouble and were the sole reason why his achievements were also kept in the dark.

Even Ddraig decided to go to a stronger host, in an attempt to not burden him with more problems, and due to the fact that an old host surviving and returning back from the dead through an unknown means.

He had no one, except for a very few people. Soon two people granted him the Power of Rider. Becoming a Kamen Rider, Issei had only one goal in life

To protect his loved ones, he will become a Rider.
