This story revolves around Arjun who is pressured by his family and political advisors to get married to improve his public image. A girl Meera, from a modest background, is chosen because of her 'simple' reputation, believed to be the perfect quiet political wife. Neither of them is thrilled, but both agree for their families sake. The wedding is grand but devoid of emotion.
