Some love never truly fades. They just fall silent.

Miguel and Desiree were each other's first love, but life always had a way of pulling them apart. Distance, ambition, family, and fear-one by one, the obstacles piled up, until their love became nothing more than a collection of unspoken words and forgotten promises. In the space between them, something else was born: The Silence.

Now, years later, Miguel is a struggling writer, and Desiree is a small film producer. When one of Miguel's short novels an aching, intimate retelling of their past gains unexpected attention, Desiree's brother secures the rights to turn it into a short film. As Miguel and Desiree reunite to bring his story to life, old wounds resurface, and memories they once shared begin to diverge.
