In this sequel to Can't Run a new lead character is taking the spotlight and his name Is Judson Elmer.

Judson is only seventeen years old when he gets arrested.

For what?

He was found with the murder weapon that killed both his mom and dad.

Going with the plea of temporary insanity, Judson gets placed in Miracle Lassey's care as a temporary hold as she is known for this new housing program for taking in mentally unstable kids with the help of a newfound psychiatrist Carina Loft who is a partner in Miracle's program.

Now it's a matter of is Judson just crazy or did something make him that way?

A question that made Miracle create her program after she lost her adoptive son Harlan Finn to the same pondering thought even now as it's only been a year since Harlan was shot and killed in front of her, still not believing Harlan could do what everyone knows he's done even in death.

Is the same going to happen? Is there a way to prevent another Harlan from being made?
