Jack and Elsa meet when jack visited Elsa and Anna because the guardians and the king and queen were friends so they always hung out Anna and jack were close but Elsa and jack had something special they couldn't stop thinking about each other and jack always visited Elsa and they were friends ever since but one day things changed and things were different ever since.

This is obviously a Jack x Elsa fan-fiction. I may not be the best writer, but here it goes. I know my story may not capture your attention or it might seem stupid.
