In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury.
Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years.
And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days.

In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet.
After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move.
Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us.
And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her.

After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try.
The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes.
Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy.
And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive.
I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc.
Constructive criticism is welcome.

The "Please..." I hear her whimper and I go into full panic mode. "Calm down, okay? Deep breaths. Don't hang up. I'll be with you soon. Where are you?" I rush as I grab the car key sitting on the glass table. I run into the garage with my dad behind me. "What do you need?" Dad asks "A room. A big one." He runs back inside as I hear her voice again. "Basement...blood...Elle..." I hear sounds of movement in the background and connect the dots. Elle's bleeding, or something... "Deep breaths baby, deep breaths. It's okay, you're okay" I murmur reassuring words to her, thankful that there's no traffic. Several thoughts run through my mind as I drove to her house. The last time we spoke, she could barely stand me, but now she's calling me. I feel kinda used, but now's not the time to think about that. I reach her house in a matter of minutes and shove the door open. The house is quiet, save for my heavy breathing and footsteps. I reach the basement and take in the sight in front of me. In a world divided - the land of man, the land of beasts, and the land of demons - there lies a grey area serving as a nonpartisan area bordering the three realms. The Underground exists as a morally "grey" zone where the persons of the three kingdoms can (somewhat) peacefully coexist - if for no reason other than the pursuit of their vices. Fancy a bit of human meat for supper? The Underground is the best market for beast and human flesh alike. Longing for a slave to cater to your every desire? The Underground has a wide variety to choose from. Just wanting something on which to unleash your murderous intentions? The Underground won't bat an eye or bother with pesky questions. Lilith was a frequent item among the Underground. Once meant to be a contender for the throne of a small country in the human realm, she was disowned, sold in the Underground, traded, re-sold, and so-on for years until she is placed in a holding cell with a small beast child. She could only barely see his form in the dimly lit room made of stone, but she could see his green eyes glowing faintly like those of a cat looking towards a light. He spoke with a slight lisp, and his voice shook with fear when he finally began to respond to her questions. The pair form an unlikely bond that will change the course of both their lives in a way they never thought possible. Author's note: this story will contain sensitive/triggering topics, and viewer discretion is advised. Additionally, due to the time setting and manner of speech in the story, the "c-word" will be used at times to reference the female anatomy. They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. They drag you around with metal chains, hit you and turn you into a experiment. But I had enough of the tugging, the clawing, the moaning, the crying and pleading for them to stop, but simply feeding them with our pain. They turned me into something, that neither do they know what I am. Their afraid of me, of my reflexes, my strength. I killed a lot of them. They say I have a cold heart, that I don't feel nothing. A teen girl, pitch black hair, black eyes, white skin. Her height is 5'8. People are scared of her, not just because of her strength but because of they way she kills. She lived in this hell hole, where they take her to rooms. Examine. Fight. She knows she won't be able to entertain them for long. She decides to run. Soul. Brown hair as mud, blue eyes as the sky. Hight 6'2. Tanned and toned body. Death's best friend in the hell hole they're in, he's as cold as she is. But shows a bit of sympathy. Well... More than her at least. He's been there for her, ever since she entered this place of crap. They're the two most feared. As some people say, they're a perfect couple. Killing. Fighting. Cold hearted creatures. It wasn't on the map because it was built for the witness protection. This gave a whole new meaning to hiding in plain sight. I'm not the only one being hunted down. The government decided to round us all up and place us together. It almost seems like they wanted a bright red target on our heads. Now it is easier to be found. I know he's coming for me, but the question remains. Who will he bring with him? What happens when the town where everyone's hiding is found by their worst nightmares? ***** This book is selected as mature because of the violence depicted and the language used. Although it does depict much blood, it isn't overly described. If at any point, the graphics are too much, stop reading and message me about it. This novel does have spelling and grammar mistakes. This story is the first book I have ever uploaded to this site, and for those of you brave enough to read it, I applaud you. It really is horrible, like seriously bad. I ran, and I ran, and I ran, trying to get as far away from the mansion as possible. I was too weak to shift, but my determination kept me running.
