When a group of corrupt cops finally arrest a group of assassins, Officer Three and one of the assassins:Four, get into an argument while Four is in a sell.

Four insults Three, which results some memory to come flooding back to him. Three doesn't know what the 'flashback' means and why he's wearing overalls in it. But he knows Four is tied to his old memories as he had saw Four in the flashback aswell.

Three figures he could use any help he could get that'll be USEFUL.
So the two men make a deal, Three and the rest of the anti-cops will make sure Four and his crew are found not guilty IF Four helps Three uncover what the flashbacks are and what they mean before Fours court date.
