In this world, theirs two kingdoms, the princes and princesses to those kingdoms must date someone before they turn 17 or else they'll get banished and become a commoner of the other kingdom. 

Katsuki Bakugo is the prince of  the Ember kingdom...he is 16, and soon he needs to find someone to date. 
Aoihina Midoriya, a servant of the palace and a close childhood friend of Katsukis is 15, and Katsuki comes up with an idea. 

The idea is for Aoihina to be his fake date for a year, so that he can get the time in, and I'm return he promises to give her and her family a better home and the position of nobility. 

But Aoihina has secrets of her own that will soon be discovered. All while her brother, izuku, is leaving the kingdom of embers and is trying to become a citizen of the kingdom of balance.
