A Flash of Memories

Ava Malorie Najera was transferred to a fancy, well-known university across the country. The idea was that descendants of old families should study there to adopt the prestige and respect of a student from such a place. But she didn't care about the respect she'd get from people just because she studied at a famous, prestigious university. All she wanted was to have friends and freedom. But she had no choice.

Then she met him there. Malorie was attracted to Reuel's looks and intelligence. She denied it at first and pretended as if they were rival at university. But she finally gave up pretending.

A problem came between them, and they didn't know it would be the big reason they'd end up apart. And that is why all their joyous moments together became memories-memories that they knew would never come back again.

If she had fought back, would they have remained together? If Malorie had forced herself to understand that problem, would they be there now, happy in that instant? Not just reliving memories to feel that joy again?
