"You know, I'd prefer if you didn't get hypothermia tonight." I felt his body warmth slightly radiating off of him as he took a seat next to me. Laughing softly at his words I mused "So you would prefer if I got it some other night then?" Glancing over at him sideways, I admired his slightly fallen grin as he chuckled "Right, of course you would say that." He glanced over in my direction, his eyes falling on the jacket he placed over my shoulders, so I changed the topic "Did you smell your jacket? It reeks of cigarette stench." "I take it back; you can get all the hypothermia you want." "Well if I died from it I'd become a ghost... a 'cool' ghost." He groaned "If you make one more pun, I swear to God..." "But if I did die and become a cold ghost, what would you call me?" He shook his head, murmuring "Don't say it." "Casp-burr!" "That's it. I'm leaving you in the middle of nowhere." "You just don't appreciate my delightful sense of humor." - After arguing with him and leaving her brother's place in a hurry, Aria Williams finds herself at her safe heaven, a park on the sidelines of the city, only that particular night at three in the morning it doesn't seem like the safe heaven she remembers it to be. She somehow gets dragged into a big mess she didn't even dream of being in. Who would actually dream to be in a big mess anyway? She ends up going on an adventure she's never even dreamed off, making new friends, enemies and taking a road trip while trying to get out of the mess she wasn't even supposed to be a part of. The most fun part for her though, is riling up the asshole she's stuck with. He's actually not that bad, but there's no way she'd actually tell him that. ©ALL RIGHTS RESERVED 2016

"Well then. That's the first time a girl has ever rejected my close proximity," he said, eyes ablaze with a playful fire. "You better get used to it," I retorted as I spun on my heel and headed for the school doors that led to the outside. "I've never met anyone like you before," he called after me, this time, not coming after me. "I know, Romeo. I'm a special little snowflake," I called back, not turning around. "You got the 'little' part right there, Princess!" he shouted after me. I threw up my middle finger back to him and heard him laugh as I exited out the doors rather dramatically. ... I'm tired of all those high school stories about a straight-A girl student with the perfect life who falls for the stereotypical Mr. Bad Boy who wears leather black jackets and only has a soft spot for her. That's not how the real world works, sweetheart. I may look like a damsel, but I'm never in distress. ... Not me making fun of the "she's not like every other girl" trope <3 o.o :)) I like to think I'm funny. After all: #3 in amusement 10/22/22 #1 in banter 10/31/22 #3 in friendship 11/7/22
