A Love So Painful

Wooyoung watched love of his life holds hands with his sister and shares passionate kisses. Well, adopted sister to be exact but eversince she came to his life nothing went right. In school, in home everyone praised Mina while Wooyoung had to crush under her shadow. He patiently tolerated all until she decided to hook up with love of his life San. For this Wooyoung started to hate her to the core. He wished she would disappear someday. Soon after his wish was granted.
Mina was found brutally murdered in her bedroom.
As the only suspect of the case everyone pointed their fingers at Wooyoung. Everyone knew how much he hated his sister so they found it not at all surprising.
Being guilty of a murder Wooyoung was sentenced to prison but due to his underage and mental condition the government lawyer (his parents were too disgusted of him so refused to give him a propre lawyer) reduced it and sent him for a mental asylum.
After five years he came out of the hell as a new person. The sassy, sexy Wooyoung was replaced by a cold distant and timid boy. His only aim was to earn for today's meal.
Everyone has turned back on him so he was all alone with himself. Nevertheless, with a fighting spirit he worked hard until he meet him who was looking forward to make him suffer again for killing his girlfriend.
Did Wooyoung really killed his sister? How would San take reveng e from Wooyoung and how would he survive?
