When the plan didn't work

Emma works as a physics teacher at a college. Regina is the director of the college.
Emma was hired to work from the HR department, so she didn't know her boss's face.
She saw Regina only when there was a pedagogical council, that is, a meeting. Seeing her boss, she spent the entire meeting admiring her. In her eyes, Regina was very beautiful, gorgeous, her confidence gave her charisma and sexiness.
She studied all her beauty as if she had fallen in love with her. "But it's not like that," she told herself. "I'm straight, not one of those," she denied, even if her heart was beating faster than usual.
Weeks pass like this, Emma barely sees her boss. A month later, a nurse named Carina Deluca comes to work at this college. Carina and Emma quickly become close.
But one night, Carina admits that she likes Regina, and asks Emma to help her to get Regina's attention. Emma hesitates, but agrees to help her anyway.
What will happen between them? Will Carina and Regina be the couple of this story, or will Regina turn her attention to someone else?
