The city is abuzz with Valentine's Day approaching, and Andrew Walker, known as Rocket-Man, is dealing with a mysterious admirer who leaves him heart-shaped notes. These notes challenge him to explore his own desires and fears. With the help of his ally Valerie, Andrew decides to host a charity gala to draw out the admirer, suspecting it might be his girlfriend Erica. However, the gala is interrupted by a blackout, and a message invites Andrew to meet the admirer at an observatory. There, he meets Lila Hart, who reveals herself as the admirer and villainess Starlight. She claims to understand Andrew's true self and challenges him to a game to prove his worth. As Andrew grapples with his feelings and the chaos Lila has caused, he must confront the truth about himself and his relationships. Lila's obsession leads her to kidnap Erica, forcing Andrew to rescue her and confront Lila. In the end, Lila is taken to the Ravencroft Institute for help, while Andrew and Erica strengthen their bond, ready to face future challenges together.
