"We? Partners? Don't be ridiculous, Talis," Viktor scoffed, unable to even bear the thought.
It was a day like any other. The sky woke up overcast, the breeze was cold, and the trees sang in the wind. Viktor, prepared for the start of yet another school week in his final year at Piltover Integrated College, was listening to Professor Heimerdinger's explanation when he was caught off guard by the announcement of a paired assignment.
To make matters worse, his partner would be none other than the Piltover boy he despised the most-Jayce Talis.
However, both of them needed the grade, and, as much as it displeased him, they would have to work together just this once.
This couldn't turn out that bad, right?
