Soulmates: A Heartstopper Tale in the Stars

It's 2564.

The Earth is but a wasteland, left with the ruins of human civilization, and silent, aside from a small population that still lives on. In once bustling London, England, Buckingham Palace remains empty, as do the Houses of Parliament. The streets are empty aside from a few cars and waste that haven't been moved for centuries.

In a modest home east of the remains of the city, Charlie Spring, the last surviving member of his family, at the age of 21, manages his family's home and farm, though for as long as he can remember, the crops struggled to grow. As long as he can remember, life on earth had been harsh, unforgiving, depressing, and colorless. The sky is usually brown, naturally growing grass and trees are hard to come round, and he has no idea exactly why it was so. All his life, it's been brown, quiet, and difficult.

And when he least expects it, his life, and his home, will change forever.
