it's been 10 years since Faolan's showdown with The Beast and consequential death, and South Island has gone to remember him as a great hero. Whisper the Wolf, who had fallen for Faolan but never got the chance to tell him, got a call saying that Mimic took Faolan's form and was hiding out in the forests just outside of Spiral Hill Village. Her and Tangle went after him, but when they finally cornered him they weren't ready for what they found, and everything was going to change on Mobius.
