The third woman caught him completely off guard. She was stunningly beautiful, she had large green eyes and they looked kind and inviting in a welcoming way, But the thing that really caught Robert off guard was that her skin was fairly dark, almost like black coffee with just a touch of cream. He stared at her face, drawn in by her, sure that he was looking at the one that he should consider first above the other two. He thought about his child, and what that child might look like, and it intrigued him enormously. He had black hair and blue eyes, and he was tall. He considered a child with his height, her green eyes and darker skin, and his black hair. It would be an exotic looking child, something special, and something very different. Robert discovered he was taken with the idea, right from that moment. "Call her, Brad. Call her up and see if I can meet her, please." He handed the image and information sheet to Bradley. "I'll do it right away, and I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from her." Bradley took the page and said a polite farewell and then disappeared, as Bradley was often wont to do when he had completed his tasks. Robert was careful not to let his mind wander too far. Thinking about a child at this point was considerably premature, but the possibility of it was beginning to glow lightly on the horizon, like a sunrise.

Insert from story "You have kind eyes." He said, holding my gaze. "You look innocent." That was on purpose. "Are you ever going to tell me your name?" He asked as he started to clean my foot. "I already did. It's Heather." "Heather." He said, keeping his voice even. "Yes, Heather Dean." He just chuckled, like he didn't believe me. "Why do I get the impression that you think I'm lying?" I asked. "Because of how you respond every time I called you that." Oh...Crap, that wasn't good. "You haven't shared your name either." I pointed out. "I'm waiting." He answered simply. "For what?" "For you to tell me the truth." He looked back up at me. "It only seems fair right?" "It would only seem fair if I was lying." He looked at me for awhile before saying, "So, you're going to stick to that story, huh? All right. Well, when you're ready to be honest, I'll share my name." He had a point but....I still needed to be careful. Yes, he had been kind but that still wasn't reason enough for me to trust him just yet.
