SACRED VENOM

The crimson glow of the Darakht-e-Surkh, Kastan's deity and devil, usually signifies power and prosperity. But this year, the annual Dhummam festival, a spectacle drawing kingdoms from across the land, heralds a different kind of drama. Shehzadi Sureya, eager to share the festivities with her childhood friend, Zareena, invites the Durzhum kingdom, a realm known for its treachery. This invitation, however, is a calculated move, bringing not only Zareena but also her brother, Sikander, the Shehzada of Durzhum-a man who embodies the very resentment Durzhum harbors towards Kastan. He carries the weight of his kingdom's dark past, a past that earned them the title of "traitors," and he holds Kastan responsible.

The night before the grand event, disaster strikes. A fire ravages the secret chamber holding Kastan's entire supply of Dhummam, the vital venom required to appease the Darakht-e-Surkh. Suspicion falls squarely on Zareena, the only other person privy to the chamber's location.

Haunted by the prophecy and her mother's violent death, Sureya, now Sultan, is determined to find the Dhummam. Zareena, desperate to clear her name, insists on helping. Sikander, already captivated by Sureya, refuses to let her face the danger alone. Their perilous journey through treacherous lands unearths not only ancient secrets but also a forbidden attraction amidst growing danger. Sikander, burdened by Durzhum's past, sees this as a chance for redemption. But they discover a conspiracy far deeper than a simple fire. Can they find the Dhummam before the Darakht-e-Surkh, now fueled by royal blood, unleashes its full fury? And can Sikander and Sureya bridge the chasm of hatred between their kingdoms, or will their love become another casualty in the looming war?
