Michelle McFurry is a Navy SEAL who was framed for murder by Wo Fat, sent on her way back to her home state which is Hawaii, gets in a shipwreck 100 miles from the Oahu island, and has to survive for 3 months at sea, with nothing but the few cans of drinking water and stale crackers she has. Once she reaches Oahu she collapses from dehydration, exhaustion, and starvation. When Five-0 arrives at the scene, they arrest her for the murder of Commander Medda, who was trying to tell her that an old friend of hers died. What came across strange to McGarrett, was that she was framed the same way McGarrett was for the murder he was framed for. With no one trusting Michelle, she struggles to recover while in the hospital as she is near death.
