It was all silent, the world so still,
Then the sky turned dramatic, felt the thrill,
Beautiful and dark, like a canvas wide,
Relieved from the heat, in the cold, she'd hide.
She was happy, her heart light and free,
But the wind blew strong, like destiny's decree.
The clouds disappeared, colours swept away,
And silence returned, where the pain would stay.
But this silence, it came with a sea of tears,
Falling like rain, rekindling her fears.
For once she had colours, now she has none,
Her world grew dim, like a setting sun.
