[A Wattpad FEATURED story!] She's been King Thranduil's close friend for a long time. But when a shocking rumor about his past comes to light, it shakes her entire world. A story about second chances with eventual romance. Set during the events of the Lord of the Rings. Thranduil/OC Disclaimer: Everything belongs to Tolkien except for my characters. A/N: It was before Christmas 2014 when I first watched BBC's Emma with Romola Garai (wonderful, by the way - watch it if you haven't). A few days later I went to see The Hobbit BOTFA on its opening night. It was during a car trip from a family Christmas party when I came up with idea for this story. And while it doesn't follow the Jane Austen classic completely (Thranduil is no Mr. Knightley!), it was certainly inspired by it. I enjoyed the challenge. EvenStar: A collection of short stories
A collection of one-shots I am writing for sdavid09's Daily Writing Challenge for the month of February 2018. In total there will 29 fics (hopefully) by the end of this month. Twenty-nine due to a bonus prompt for FYI. The stories range from heavy angst and unrequited love to straight out raunchy sex to comedy to random arguments. nyx's fanfic collection
I wrote a lot between 2019-2021. Most of it was fanfiction, but looking back on it the progress I made between them is cool to me. They will all be in order of when they were started, but none are complete and some are just a few pages long. Others last near a hundred pages. You could somewhat consider these oneshots, but they really range in length; one is just more than 100 words but another is close to 30,000. Plus, some don't even get to the part where you meet the love interest. Some of the older stories contain sensitive subjects, i.e. self-harm, suicide, abuse, bullying. There may be other things that I missed.Complete
