Kaoru Kokyo is the star of the school volleyball team, admired by everyone for his skill and charm. But away from the courts, he finds freedom in the arcades, where he takes refuge from his responsibilities. On one of these nights, he meets Akira Kurogane, a perfect student and adored by the school, who also has the same secret. After losing to her in a Street Fighter match, their lives intertwine in an unexpected way.
