When aging musician Jace Kinder suddenly discovers that his music has been mystically endowed with the power to heal, all heaven breaks loose.

Every time he touches his guitar or sings a note, quadriplegics rise from their wheelchairs to whirl like dervishes, young widows find the healing, peace and heart-strength to love again and cancer patients tear away their headscarves while laughing and dancing and crying with joy, free at last.

With each show, the singer-songwriter's power grows. He soon discovers something even more remarkable than the physical and mental healings: Jace senses hearts and souls being filled with the decency they'd previously lacked. It is a core change he believes will transform the world from its present condition of greed and selfishness to a veritable Eden of compassion, tenderness and love. And when Jace's quirky new girlfriend and manager scores the singer a slot on the Super Bowl halftime stage, the lovers are convinced that the millions healed at the event will mark the beginnings of a new world order that places love, hope, kindness and compassion at its center.

But a powerful CIA operative-gone-rogue had previously duped Jace into signing a dubious life insurance contract, the deviant naming himself as lone beneficiary to the millions that will be paid out upon Jace's death. The killer has just informed Jace that he will be coming after his money, even intending to murder Jace while the musician performs on the Super Bowl halftime stage.
