Mentale Gesundheit - ein Thema, das von extrem viel Unwissen umgeben ist. Und natürlich von Vorurteilen.

Alle, die mit ihrer mentalen Gesundheit Probleme haben, können mir davon wahrscheinlich ein Lied singen. Ich kann's auch. Von Problemen mit Angehörigen bis hin zu Problemen in der Medizin - es ist ein riesiges Thema, und ein sehr hässliches noch dazu. 

Und dazu kommt ja auch mentale Gesundheit an sich, das ist alles schon schwer genug. Also bin ich jetzt hier, um ein bisschen Licht ins Dunkel zu bringen, oder so. Ich werd zumindest mein bestes geben.All Rights Reserved
