Addilin Johnson, a seventeen year old from New York, moved with her family to a small town in Tennessee. She had her whole life mapped out; she was a straight A student, she was popular in her large school, and after graduating from high school Addilin would attend Harvard Law to become a criminal lawyer. Only a few months in her new life, Addilin faced a bump in her perfectly paved path. Late one night, Addie heard someone right outside of her two year old sister, Haylee's, door. What Addie thought was her dog, turned out to be an intruder attempting to kidnap Haylee. While Addie struggled to get Haylee away from the intruder, she got knocked unconscious and dragged out of her own house.
