Min Yoongi - The eldest brother, a strict but caring CEO. Scared of injections but hides it well. Best friends with Seokjin, Namjoon, and Hoseok.
Park Jimin - The second brother, a medical intern under Seokjin and Namjoon. Kind but strict when needed. Terrified of injections.
Kim Taehyung - The third brother, also a medical intern. Playful and dramatic, always finding ways to avoid medical procedures.
Jeon Jungkook - The youngest brother, recently joined as a medical intern. Mischievous, often gets into trouble, and hates injections the most.
Kim Seokjin - A general surgeon and Yoongi's best friend. Loud, dramatic, and secretly just as scared of needles as the younger ones.
Kim Namjoon - A neurosurgeon and part of Yoongi's friend group. Highly intelligent but forgetful. Tries to act mature but has his own fears.
Jung Hoseok - A dedicated anesthesiologist, the group's sunshine. One of the biggest injection avoiders, despite being a doctor.
