Sadaf is homesick. Her mother is no longer down the street, she's not seeing her friends over Sunday buffet anymore, and the sleepy town of Mount Glen is apparently still in the 1950s because it doesn't have a single advertising agency to employ her. The move was supposed to be a break, a detox from the hustle and bustle of New York, an opportunity to grow closer. Or at least that's what Mohsin had said. Now Sadaf is running out of things to entertain herself, and the only thing left to do is to explore the forest in her backyard. But it's off limits, it's haunted, it's diseased.
