The demons we face within us are demons created by negative people outside of us who allow the darkness to consume them. Healing requires facing the demons that were projected from others who allowed their own darkness they've been consumed in onto you so they feel like they're relieving their own weight on to you, not understanding that, that relief is temporary. Just because they didn't want to carry that weight, doesn't mean you're obligated to carry theirs.
