Shades

Aou is a young college student in a passionate but complicated relationship with Boom, his possessive boyfriend. Boom is intense, protective, and above all, jealous. His love for Aou runs deep, but his insecurity drives him to increasingly extreme behavior. Whenever he senses that someone else might be interested in Aou, Boom reacts with a mix of ferocity and desperation, bending Aou against any nearby surface and claiming him as his own, sometimes taking things too far, even in public or inappropriate places.
Although Aou is drawn to Boom's intensity, he also begins to question whether this dynamic is healthy. Aou's friends, concerned for his well-being, begin to notice that something is not right. Throughout the story, there are 5 awkward moments where friends catch them in intimate situations, leading to difficult conversations and a turning point in Aou and Boom's relationship.
